I am a yoga teacher in Chicago and I love teaching my prenatal classes. I would love to expand my offerings and hold space for other new moms. Practicing yoga during pregnancy has many benefits. Yoga prepares the mind, body and spirit for the adventures of birth and new motherhood. Classes consist of basic standing poses, hip openers, relaxation and breathwork. No previous yoga experience is required.

Likewise, farmers will get to know Chicagoland moms and learn what’s important to them as they make food choices for their families. We’re looking forward to some great conversations about food and families.
