I am a yoga teacher in Chicago and I love teaching my prenatal classes. I would love to expand my offerings and hold space for other new moms. Practicing yoga during pregnancy has many benefits. Yoga prepares the mind, body and spirit for the adventures of birth and new motherhood. Classes consist of basic standing poses, hip openers, relaxation and breathwork. No previous yoga experience is required.

I hope to plan weekend indoor and outdoor activites... with the kids, without the kids... suggestions are appreciated, as I can only really think of the "normal" activites... picnic playdates, coffee, zoo gatherings, Moms night out...   I don't know about you, but I am finding it very hard to meet any other moms...
