The South Bay Playgroup is intended to foster friendships for our children as well as ourselves. Most of the children are ages 0-5 but all ages of children are welcome.  We have playdates at parks, museums, in-home, the mall, the zoo, almost anywhere we can let the kids run around and burn off some energy! We have craft playdates, Mom's night out, Mom's night in, stroller walks and much much more.  We love it when our friends come out to play so participation is strongly encouraged!

Fitness group for Mommies and Mommies to be. This group is led by Victoria Forman, Personal Trainer and Mommy of Emmett (6 weeks old). I'd love to help women in all stages of motherhood. Calling all Bay Area Parents with babies born in 2010 and 2011! Let's get together to chat about parenthood and help our children create lasting friendships!
