I tried to get grocery delivery to the company provided housing that we're currently in- but I guess we're in a No Fly Zone here in SE1. Sigh. Anyway, everyone my husband works with uses the different grocery services and they were *shocked* that we couldn't get it. I thought, it was YOUR silly HR people that picked this place...
I used Peapod deliver service all the time in Chicago and I certainly plan on getting back into the delivery habit as soon as we move to our own flat! |

Tesco delivers to SE1. I'm 100% sure, as I live here.

Maybe they just didn't like the street address, then? The building we're in is quite new so maybe the website just didn't recognize our address.

About to try www.Ocado.co.uk soon. Not used to delivery service. Moved from suburbs in CA where I grew some veggies and went to local farmer's markets all the time. Getting used to city living with a toddler :-) Whole Foods may deliver to SW1.

Hi Elizabeth, In addition to the grocery stores there also organic grocer deliveries which offer fruit & veg boxes (and more). They deliver once a week to your door. I love the fruit & veg boxes for my little one because they're organic and seasonal and less hassle for me as I get the same delivery every week. Not sure if they deliver to SE1 but might worth a look: riverford.co.uk and abelandcole.co.uk Let me know what you think! Sherine |
